Raw imported data may be temporarily stored during processing and may be deleted once processing is complete.

DeliverGuard may retain normalized transaction records (“canonical data”) to provide reconciliation reports and analytics.

Canonical records may be retained while the user maintains an active subscription.

DeliverGuard may use automated systems and artificial intelligence tools to analyze transaction data and generate reports.

Third‑party AI services may process limited data necessary to perform these functions. DeliverGuard does not authorize those providers to use customer data for model training unless explicitly stated.
